Boniface Hlabano

I am a Health Development Practitioner and Strategic Leader with 30 years of work experience in the Public Health, Education and Training Sectors. I have extensive experience in strategic planning, program design, operations management, organisational development, Government and donor liaisons, operations research, M&E processes, database management, programs design, grant writing, resource mobilisation and Governance (working with Boards). I am an M&E expert and have led and coordinated several health programs including Sexual, Reproductive Health and Rights, Maternal and Child Health, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Nutrition, Communicable and Non Communicable Diseases. I have extensive and hands-on experience in designing research protocols. I have mentored, coached and supervised project managers, officers and interns in several health projects and programs in South Africa, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique and Zimbabwe. I was recently appointed as Adjunct Lecturer for Global Health at Amref International University in the Bachelors of Science degree program on Community Health Practice. I have over the years established strong networks with Partners and Government Ministries in Southern Africa.
