For the past 25+ years, I have served as a technical lead, program manager, project designer and blended finance investment officer. I have experience i.) designing and managing programs covering the value chain and critical themes including climate-smart agriculture, smallholder production, value chain integration, blended finance, climate finance, improving livelihoods, and addressing regulatory reform/constraints, ii.) leading diagnostics and analyses to develop investment strategies for governments and international financial institutions, and iii.) forming partnerships between Fortune 500 companies, governments, NGOs, and local stakeholders. I've lived in Singapore, Sri Lanka, India, Peru, Mozambique, Brazil, Paraguay, and Ecuador and speak Spanish and Portuguese.
