-Possess 20 years of general professional working experience gained through working mainly in the fields of Communications (i.e., Outreach, PR, Branding, Marketing Communications, Networking, and Event Management); and Capacity Building (i.e., Training, Awareness Raising, Outreach, Advocacy, Institutional Strengthening, Stakeholder Participation and Engagement, and Technical Assistance). -Over 6 years of experience in managing and leading communication and capacity building efforts in public institutions, local administrations and NGOs (over 1400 working days under the capacity of Key Expert/Deputy Team Leader/Team Leader in EU funded Projects) and private sector organisations (e.g. IT, cybersecurity, digitalisation, marketing and publishing). -Profound experience in formulation of comprehensive Communication/Advocacy/Dissemination/Marketing/Branding Strategies and implementation & monitoring and evaluation of Action Plans and activities (more than 11 years (+2440 days) in EU funded projects and in private sector. -Proven experience in the development, implementation and monitoring & evaluation of multichannel campaigns (e.g., awareness / advocacy / information) at local and national level. -Extensive experience in target group / stakeholder analysis, stakeholder consultations, audience segmentation & developing comprehensive survey frameworks to plan and execute high-impact projects/activities with diverse stakeholder / target groups (i.e., creatives, vulnerable groups, refugees, IDPs, city councils, associations, academic & local administrations). -Extensive hands-on experience in developing and monitoring the application of visibility guidelines, particularly in aligning with EU support frameworks under IPA and FRIT. -Vast experience in concept design, planning and managing of onsite/online/hybrid events (i.e., national and international congresses, summits, info-days, round table discussions, world cafes, seminars, webinars, workshops) ensuring efficient logistics, high engagement, and successful outcomes. -In depth experience in the concept and content development of communication tools and materials (i.e., Animated & Scripted Videos, Testimonials, Documentary & Testimonial Videos, Social Media Management, Websites, Promotion and Visibility Materials, Brochures, Leaflets, Booklets, Newsletters, Press Releases, Fact Sheets, Impact Data, Media Briefs & Kits, Posters, Billboards, Visual and Corporate Identity) -Vast hands-on experience in developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies, monthly plans and content, as well as social media campaigns. -Demonstrated proficiency in identifying optimal engagement and performance metrics for and monitoring of social media platforms, aligned with overall communication goals. -Proven experience in establishing dialogue and managing interactions with local and national media, including drafting press releases, media briefs, monitoring media coverage, developing media campaigns, media buying & plans, drafting impact data & blog entries for journalists, organising site visits, press conferences and media relevant events) -Hands-on experience in institution and capacity building focusing on strengthening organisational capacities and enhancing operational frameworks (e.g., developing and evaluating strategic plans, developing and facilitating trainings/workshops, providing technical assistance to improve governance structures, developing fundraising plans) -Vast hands-on experience in developing, implementing and overseeing strategies, work plans, and content & concept development. Proven ability to forecast budgets, monitor financials, and maintain adherence to budget lines, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adeptly reporting deviations. -Working knowledge of Quality Management systems like EFQM Excellence Model, Total Quality Management, 6 Sigma, ISO 9000:2000, and Process Management Systems as well as preparing quality handbooks and process flows, -Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, and to motivate teams in an efficient manner; excellent reporting, presentation, interpersonal, consulting, negotiating and editing skills.
