Carlos is a Development Specialist with strong expertise on youth and gender programing. He has strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and with over 9 years of vast technical expertise in monitoring and implementation programs focusing of gender equality, girls' socio-economic empowerments and youth empowerments and participation, Adolescent and Youth Sexual and reproductive health and rights within NGOs, INGO and UN agencies. He has provided technical support on youth and gender inclusion in several projects and has hold different leadership positions in several projects and has been in frontline engagement with multiple stakeholders such as government, Donors, Community and religious leaders and politicians and conduct need assessment and context analysis. Holds MA degree in Anthropology of Development and Social Transformation and BA on Economic and Management.
