Over twelve years' experience (with more than six years at senior management level) in programme development and management in Sub-Saharan Africa and South East Asia. Significant experience and education in behaviour change communication and capacity development particularly in governance and health as well as ensuring gender and social inclusion across programme delivery. Excellent all round programme management skills including financial management, programme development, monitoring and evaluation and proposal and report writing. Educated to Masters level in International Development.
