Has gender mainstreaming experience in four developing countries (Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Cambodia and Zambia), three post-conflict countries (Afghanistan, Southern Sudan, Liberia) and the ASEAN region. Assists in building capacities of national government ministries, local government units and non-government organizations to pursue gender equality and promote women's human rights. Prepares/adapts and uses practical tools on mainstreaming gender in policies, programs and processes.
