• Civil & Structural Consultancy for metro, railway, and highway projects including substructures and superstructures, bridges, tunnels (TBM & immersed), cut-and-cover works, culverts, underground and at-grade stations, retaining structures, depots, auxiliary facilities, and drainage systems. • Project & Contract Management under FIDIC forms and IFI-funded projects (World Bank, JICA, ADB, EBRD), covering design coordination, design review and approvals, and site supervision. • Multidisciplinary Design Coordination across civil, structural, MEP, and architectural disciplines, ensuring integration and constructability • Technical & Commercial Advisory in proposal preparation and evaluation, value engineering, constructability reviews, and risk mitigation strategies. • Railway Systems Interfaces experience, including drainage, overhead catenary (OCS), traction power supply (TPS), and signaling & telecom (S&T). • Industrial Plant Projects: engineering and consulting services for feasibility studies, project management, supervision, detailed engineering, and turnkey implementation under FIDIC Gold Book. • Structural Analysis & Design of heavy industrial facilities, commercial developments, precast systems, and bridge-type structures using steel, concrete, masonry, and precast systems. • International Design Codes & Standards: proficient with AASHTO, AREMA, AISC, ACI, UIC, BS, EN, and SNIP. • Contractual & Claims Management including contractor’s claims evaluation, quantum assessments, BOQs, and variation orders.
