• Civil and Structural Consultancy services for Railway/Metro/Highway Projects, Sub and Superstructures, Bridges, Tunnels (TBM & Immersed), Cut & Covers, Culverts,Undergorund and at-grade Stations, Retaining Structures, Depot Areas,Auxiliary facilities,Drainage Systems • FIDIC Contracts and IFI Funded Projects (WB,JICA,ADB,ERDB) ; Project Management, Design Coordination & Design Review and Approvals, Site Supervision • Project Management and Design Coordination (Civil,Structural,MEP and Architectural) • Proposal Writing, Value Engineering Studies,Constructability Reviews, and Risk Mitigation • Experience with Interfaces of Railway Subsystems (e.g Drainage,OCS,TPS and S&T) • Engineering and Consulting services, feasibility studies, project management and supervision, basic and detail engineering, turn-key project implementation of industrial plant projects (FIDIC Gold Book Contract Projects) • Structural analysis/design for heavy industrial, commercial and precast building systems and bridge type structures. (Steel& Concrete,Masonry and Precast Systems) • Structural/Civil Codes (AASHTO,AREMA,AISC, ACI, UIC, BS and EN,SNIP) • Evaluation of the Contractor’s Claims, Quantum Assesments , BOQ's and Variation Orders.
