Chanlen Kaing

Chanlen have worked more than 16 years with UN and NGOs in Cambodia and Myanmar. Before taking up the present assignment, He was worked as Agribusiness Specialist of “Improving Food Security and Market Linkages for Smallholders in Otdar Meanchey and Preah Vihear provinces” project of FAO in Cambodia. Worked as an expatriate and holding the position of Livelihoods Program Manager in Laputta Township, Ayeyarwady Division, Myanmar with Mercy Corps for 6 months. Worked as Value Chain Team Leader in Cambodia Agribusiness Development Facility project in Siem Reap and Banteay Meanchey provinces, Cambodia of IDE for 5 years and 11 months, working as Technician of Agriculture with Agrisud International in Siem Reap and Banteay Meanchey provinces, Cambodia for 5 years and 2 months and was working as Crop Production Specialist with Action Against Hunger in Preah Vihear province, Cambodia for 1 years and 11 months. He has conducted a significant career in agricultural rural development community.
