More than 15 years of professionally experienced leading and managing large and complex development projects of USAID, DFAT, ADB and other donors in Cambodia and Thailand. Seven years of these experience have been in senior management positions as Deputy Chief of Party and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) for USAID, DFAT, and ADB. Technical areas include public-private sector engagement, youth and employment, agriculture and pro-poor markets, trade facilitation, civil society and governance, entrepreneurship and SME development, technological innovations, training and education, and gender. Extensive experience in project cycle management and adaptive management, leading research programs and communication, program implementation and management, managing program performance and evaluation, public representation and donor reporting. Experience leading national and international teams of 18 staff members.
