My mission is to help organizations, companies, and initiative groups to increase the efficacy of project implementation by developing and introducing monitoring, evaluation, adaption, and learning systems, based on the analysis of goals, objectives, activities, and design of tailor-made solutions and teams’ training. More than 18 years of experience in project management, and monitoring and evaluation for development programs in Ukraine. Supported the start-up phase of two USAID-funded programs, establishing monitoring and evaluation systems and procedures, tools for data collection, storage, and analysis as well as ongoing collaboration, learning, and adaptation including discussions and evaluation of outcomes and lessons learned from completed grant activities to streamline the grants process and support development of new grant activities, and to guide a shift in program objectives to respond to external changes. Developed more than 400+ M&E plans for grants and evaluated around 300 completed projects. Keen to learn and implement up-to-date management techniques and approaches.
