I am an engineer who is an experienced international development project manager (USAID CoP). My most recent CoP assignment was in energy sector capacity building and grants management in Georgia from 2009-2011. I have worked on international development projects since 1999 and have done post conflict country work in Iraq and Afghanistan. I have worked on projects focused on energy, information systems,monitoring and evaluation, grants and health systems.
