Senior monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) professional with over 15 years of experience managing and advising donor-funded activities in Afghanistan, Egypt, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Kosovo, Liberia, Macedonia, Pakistan, Somalia, and the West Bank. Chris currently serves as Chief of Party for the USAID/Asia Bureau MEL activity, supporting the US Government's Indo-Pacific Strategy with Integrity Global. Previously, he was Chief of Party for a four-year developmental evaluation of USAID’s flagship maternal newborn health activity in Indonesia with Social Impact. Chris also served as Deputy Chief of Party for USAID’s Liberia Strategic Analysis, helping the Mission conduct performance management across its portfolio. Chris holds an M.P.A. from Columbia University and B.S. from Georgetown University.
