• More than 25 years of experience in the field of energy: most recently sustainable energy, renewable energy, etc. • Monitoring and evaluation of EU regional energy programs in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Middle East and NorthAfrica • Financial mechanisms for Energy Efficiency for public and private sector: the green economy. • Bank lending for energy efficiency and renewables (mainly small hydro) • Financial planning for NEEAPs • Experience with all aspects of the EU project management cycle, including research studies, programming, writing ToRs, implementation and monitoring and evaluation. • International technical assistance South East Europe, CIS, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. • Project design, management, budgetary control and monitoring in the following fields: construction, energy engineering, research, IT and international technical assistance • 20 years experience in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams in Eastern Europe, CIS.
