Leading the pack with strategy + partnerships, Chris directs his business background toward Digital Development + Digital Financial Services. He has expanded to W. Africa after consulting for 5 years in S. Asia and 3 years throughout E. Africa to integrate finance + agribusiness value chains along with ICT4D (particularly m-Agri or m-Health + digital finance with regional banks, telcos & iNGOs). With a decade at leading microfinance networks, Chris has led/served on teams covering strategic planning, social performance management, gender equity, VSLA apps, web, global marketing, PPP, & corporate expansion. Chris shares innovations through microfinance/mobile money panels, founding a FinTech social enterprise, Board service, and teaching a master’s course on sustainable organizations. Field experience includes: Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Senegal, Sierra Leone, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Dominican Republic.
