Claude MAINGE has extensive experience and familiarity with development conditions of developing/emerging economies having worked and held various assignment in Africa, the Latin-America and Caribbean Region and the Pacific Region. He has today experience in a total of 33 countries, including in North America and Europe. Mr. MAINGE has proven experience and practical skills in designing policy and programming. He has a broad experience in programme management, aid coordination and capacity building, particularly in post-conflict and complex situations. Results-oriented, he has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Mr MAINGE has also a large experience liaising and working with International, Regional and National Institutions at Senior level.
