Deep knowledge of FIDIC rules of contract (Red, Yellow and Silver Books) as well as of the best international supervision practices and standards acquired in various projects. Fully aware of the European Commission procedures and rules (including EDF), taken part in different EC-funded various infrastructure projects in Africa, Balkans, Oriental Europe, Caribe, etc
