He has managed complex, multi-million-dollar projects in the United States and 13 other countries. As a skilled contracts manager and people motivator, he has designed, implemented, and led innovative business development activities for buyers, processors, traders, input suppliers, and business service providers. As a result of his work, clients gained expanded market opportunities and improved business outcomes. In foreign assignments, Mr. Dyer initiated and managed productive and mutually beneficial partnerships with local and central governments, including involvement of senior host country officials.
