David Lepeska has reported on development in Pakistan, Afghanistan, India, Sudan, and Malawi, among other places, and was chief correspondent for the Kashmir Observer in Srinagar, India, before accepting a fellowship with Devex in October 2007 and serving as our South Asia correspondent for 2008. Now Devex’s New York and U.N. correspondent, Lepeska holds a bachelor's in journalism and international studies from Brooklyn College and contributes to the Economist, Monocle and other publications.
