Extensive experience developing mobile technology for monitoring systems. Thrives on building counterparts' capacity to engage stakeholders using educational information in the evidence-based planning process. Developed techniques to communicate complex information in simple, informative ways, such as using dashboards, and data visualizations to explain issues at all levels.
