Ms. Dawne Deppe is a senior program management specialist with more than 15 years of experience across all aspects of the program management cycle, including roles as the funder, implementor and as the independent third-party evaluator. She has been responsible for contract and grant program needs assessment, conception and design; competitive and non-competitive bidding and procurement processes; partner and stakeholder engagement; program inception, implementation, and benefits delivery; and program monitoring and evaluation. Ms. Deppe has extensive contract/grant management experience in the public sector, leading programs ranging from $5 million to $150 million, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), United States Department of Labor (USDOL), and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), on behalf of various large and small businesses and non-profit organizations. Ms. Deppe is skilled in contract and program management, data collection and analysis; business development and marketing; strategic planning; public and private partnership development; and project human resources, operations, and financial management. Ms. Deppe has authored and co-authored numerous proposals, baseline/formative/summative evaluations, analyses, market assessments, needs assessments, performance assessments, technical reports and white papers. She also developed numerous project schedules, budgets, inception and closure plans, project policy manuals, management information systems, security plans, grants manuals, performance risk management plans, performance monitoring plans, and sustainability plans.
