I have over 20 years of work experience in humanitarian and sustainable development programming, including 13 years in senior management. Throughout my career, I have led successful organizational change within child-focused international NGOs, specializing in project cycle management and integrating social development issues into impactful programs focused on eradicating child poverty and promoting inclusive wealth creation. My work has consistently involved collaboration with women, youth, development partners, civil society, and government ministries, strongly focusing on food and nutrition security and climate change adaptation. With expertise in strategy development, annual planning, budgeting, fundraising, managing diverse donor portfolios, and risk management, I have a proven ability to drive complex projects across critical sectors such as agriculture, health, education, protection, and youth empowerment.
