Experienced education programme manager with over 12 years of international leadership in Education in Emergencies (EiE), refugee and displaced populations, and education system strengthening. Established track record delivering donor-funded programmes, policy guidance and technical assistance across fragile and conflict-affected contexts Africa, Asia, Middle East and at UNICEF HQ. I have extensive experience in managing pooled funds (managing multi-donor portfolios (GPE, GAC, World Bank, EU, ECW), partnerships, M&E systems, surge response, capacity-strengthening, and integrating cross-cutting priorities (Safety, Gender, Disability, MHPSS, GBV, Climate Resilience). I am proficient in mobilizing resources, driving evidence-based programming, and representation in global EiE forums. Have practical experience integrating climate resilience into education policy and Practice and I am familiar with UNICEF Sustainability and Climate Change Action Plan (SCAP 2023–2030) of which I have experience aligning country programming to SCAP priorities for resilient schools and climate-smart education.
