I have over 25 years' experience in ICT sector and vast consulting experience in Digitalization, e-Governance, e-Commerce, e-Justice, Digital Inclusion, ICT Strategy and Policy, Project Management, Public Financial Management, IT Infrastructure, Network Design, Cybersecurity, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning having worked with over 60 government institutions. I have worked with World Bank, USAID, European Union, ADB, DFAT, GIZ and various UN agencies in Afghanistan, Antigua and Barbuda , Barbados, Belize, Burundi, Cape Verde, Dominica, Ethiopia, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Gambia, Ghana, Guyana, Iraq, Kenya, Kiribati, Laos, Lesotho, Liberia, Maldives, Mongolia, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Rwanda, Saint Kitts, Saint Lucia, Samoa, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tuvalu, Vanuatu and Zimbabwe. I have a Doctor of Management degree from Swiss Management Centre (SMC) University. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management and Information Systems from United States International University- Africa and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Physics from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). I hold several professional certifications such as PRINCE2, ITIL, ISACA, CCIE Security, CCSP, CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, MCDBA and MCP.
