Dr Pavlos Troulis

Pavlos has 16 years international development and private sector experience across East Africa (Uganda, Ethiopia), West Africa (Ghana), India, Middle East, UK and Eastern Europe (Poland, Slovakia). He undertook country leadership, strategy/management consulting, corporate strategy, senior business management and operational/implementation roles across agriculture, tourism, policy, education, energy, water, health and banking. In international development, Pavlos held private sector, NGO and Government leadership roles through an inclusive systems approach to enterprise development, agribusiness incubation/acceleration, skills development, youth job creation, access to finance, value chain development, capacity/institution building, investment facilitation and policy reforms. He has worked with USAID, The Gates Foundation, GIZ, the MasterCard Foundation, SDC, Norad and AFD. He holds a PhD in International Development Policy with focus on Trade, Msc. in International Development Administration and BSc. in Business Administration.
