I am PRUM VOTHANA, Cambodian, Male, 54 years old, PhD. in Management at Palawan State University, Philippines in July 2015, the Philippines; MSc. in Rural Development and Project Management in 2009 at Build Bright University, Cambodia; Post Graduate training in Tropical Animal Production at Larenstein International Agricultural College, The Netherlands; and Bachelor in Animals Health and Production in 1992 at Royal University of Agriculture, Cambodia.
