With over 20 years of experience, I have led projects exceeding €10.8 million, working with governments, ministries, international finance institutions, river commissions, agencies, and private sector clients. My expertise includes digital transformation and GIS-based solutions, leading IT system implementations to improve decision-making and regulatory compliance. I have managed projects in water resource management and disaster risk reduction, covering climate adaptation, flood risk mitigation, and environmental monitoring aligned with EU and international regulations. I provide technical assistance in policy development and regulatory compliance, focusing on institutional reforms, policy design, and governance frameworks. I have led IT system implementation and digitalization efforts for government agencies and private institutions, introducing automation and data-driven processes. I develop business intelligence and risk management frameworks, feasibility studies, and investment strategies. I facilitate public-private dialogue and institutional reforms, strengthening collaboration between public institutions and the private sector. I design and implement communication and visibility strategies to improve institutional engagement and donor outreach. My work in market research, feasibility studies, and investment planning supports sustainable economic development and informed decision-making.
