Ms. Elizabeth Peña is a senior operations, administration, and finance expert with more than 20 years of increasingly responsible experience managing complex, donor-funded (USAID, US Department of State, EU, and GIZ) programs in Colombia. She is well versed in all USAID rules and regulations, has managed budgets as large as $100M, and has supervised decentralized teams of as many as 25 staff, including across multiple countries. Throughout her career, Ms. Peña has demonstrated a high capacity to manage multiple workstreams while providing leadership and quality control to all aspects of project operations (e.g., finances, human resources, logistics, administration, grants and subcontracts management, and procurement).
