Mr.
Elamin is a Sudanese national with a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and Rural
Finance from WSU, US, in 1987. Since then he joined the Agricultural Research
Corporation (Sudan) as a research economist in western Sudan, a drought prone
and food insecure area domain. I am a policy research professor,
authored/co-authored over 30 publications in food and nutritional security and
trade worked for WFP, EU, AU, USAID managing & monitoring food and
agricultural markets in food crisis countries
