I have over two decades of diverse experience in social and economic development designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating program life cycle in gender equality and women's economic empowerment programs, with a focus on social inclusion and institutional policy integration. I have demonstrated proficiency in high quality standards of producing critical assessments, data analysis, with track records of providing actionable solutions based on evidence-based data interpretation. I led skill-based transfer strategies in successful developing inclusive investment strategies, mainstreaming gender equality, and enhanced inclusive accessibility for marginalized groups in public sector projects. I uniquely enhanced compliance with regulatory frameworks, integrated risk-based management, and performance key indicators benchmarking, while boosting NGOs' capacities in realizing change theory and implementation of results-based management system. I have been managed changes and successfully managed technical advisory services for impact in socio-economic policy institutionalization, with a deep understanding of business feasibility, investment appraisal, financial inclusion and competitive advantage creation. I played as resource persons in creating social and human capital development initiatives, improved Arab State Ministries' capacities for sustainable development and SDG achievement. I successfully improved labor market strategies, crafted youth employment strategies, including the design and implementation of apprenticeship programs and implementation of active labour market strategies and roll out social dialogue reforms. I also unprecedently developed evidence-based policy frameworks, employing qualitative and quantitative research tools for social change tracking and professional use of OECD DAC evaluation criteria. I have proven training and knowledge transfer capacities and exceptional facilitation and training, mentoring and coaching skills, adept at working with diverse stakeholders in English and Arabic, managed for results and impact in front of high complexities and uncertainties in conflicting countries and post-crisis recovery environments.
