Summary of qualification and Experience:  I am a senior finance leader, a Chartered Certified Accountant, hold with a Master of Business Administration (Finance), from Coventry University, the UK with over 16years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, audit, compliance, risk and Grant portfolio management, Budget management, Strategy, strengthening governance and operations management with strong leadership skills, working with international development partners and governments and to promote accountability and prudent management of development and public resources; 8years in regional roles, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality work in challenging environments, managing cross-functional teams in complex organizations in finance, disaster relief, and international development while achieving value for money (VfM)  Have led finance and operations for international programs in the East, Central and West Africa in partnership with different international development partners, agencies and initiatives such as USAID, PEPFAR, PMI, DFID, WFP, UNDP, World Bank and Private Foundations and presently The Global Fund, at Development Alternatives Inc (DAI), RTI International and OIC International to lead financial management with budget size US$50,000,000 - US$352,000,000.  In these senior leadership roles, led, finance, audit, compliance, internal controls design and implementation, treasury, entity risk management and subcontracts management. Managed financial reporting audits led limited financial reviews, entity risk management, design and implementation of internal controls and streamlining processes in complex and multi-donor funded projects.
