Summary

I am an adventurous traveller and a highly enthusiastic individual. Holding 7 years of on-ground experience in the development sector, I am proficient in community engagements, strategizing, planning, stakeholder, and project management. I have endured first-hand the strained lifestyle of people from villages living without electricity, communication networks, proper water supply, medical facilities, or road connectivity for 3 years. This has further sensitized me to the daily, systemic challenges faced by vulnerable communities, urging me to come up with sustainable and mindful solutions that addressed their particular concerns. My skills have become attuned towards the decoding of complexities of different social organizations working in livelihood, poverty, youth development, inequality, agriculture, and education domains. During the last 4 years, I have worked in more than 15 states and 50+ districts of India, which has helped me tackle the different geographical and demographical challenges and become more adaptable. I believe my diverse work experience and exposure have given me multiple perspectives and made me a critical thinker and a problem solver.
