Community Development Expert | Transitioning to M&E | Advocacy & Uptake Specialist With over 10 years of "boots on the ground" experience in the third sector, I have dedicated my career to making health and rural development work for local communities. My journey has been defined by a deep belief in participatory methodologies and the power of local impact. Currently, I am focused on Operational Research for the CRESCER project (FRESAN program) in Angola. My work is centered on Community Uptake and Advocacy, collaborating closely with FAS (Local Development Institute) to fight chronic malnutrition in HuĂla and Cunene through the ADECOS Program. I bridge the gap between institutional strategy and real-world behavior change. I am now channeling my field experience into Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E). I am looking for short-term consultancy opportunities where I can apply my local insights to help projects measure and scale their impacts.
