• 22 years of proven experience both nationally and internationally (including 10 years of development cooperation ex-perience), in implementation and promotion of employment projects (including ALMPs measures); entrepreneurship projects (including social entrepreneurship); VET and TVET (incl. vocational orientation career guidance measures); skills development and forecasting; civil society development; capacity building, eLearning, life-long learning, and non-formal education. • Extensive experience working with national and local governments (Eastern Partnership countries, Central Asia, EU zone), international organizations, donors, development cooperation partners, NGOs, and public/private organizations. • Proven excellent ability to coordinate and communicate efficiently within a multi-donor and multi-stakeholder setting. • Experience to coordinate and supervise local and international experts. • Excellent ability in developing capacity building materials. • Proven expertise in developing and coordinating online tools (eLearning platforms).
