Experience gained during the last 26 years includes the preparation of programmes, feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, preparation of operation and maintenance manual, contracts and technical specifications, evaluation of bids, and construction management, quality control and assurance, monitoring and evaluation of sustainable water supply systems and sanitation facilities for both urban and rural areas in various projects in the Philippines and in Indonesia. Prepares feasibility study report and detailed engineering design, technical specifications, tender documents, construction management of the water supply systems and sanitation (WATSAN) facilities both urban and rural water systems of the Tsunami affected areas in Banda Aceh, Aceh Utara, Pidie, and Aceh Besar, INDONESIA, under UNICEF programme and Nias, Indonesia under the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies programme. Has been involved in the WATSAN program development, conduct training of WATSAN staff, conduct training for the community both hard and soft project component, and prepares physical and financial report of the various projects in the Philippines and Indonesia. Has been engaged in several projects of Department of Public Works and Highways(DPWH), Local Water Utilities Administration(LWUA), Manila Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Danish International Development Agency(DANIDA), United Nations Children’s’ Find (UNICEF), and International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) administered water supply and sanitation projects in the Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Vietnam. Has been using Microsoft Windows Program such as Microsoft word, Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel to carry out project report and calculation. Has been using water modelling software such as Loop, Bloop, Epanet 2, and PICOLLO to perform Hydraulic analysis of the water supply system. GPS and CAD literate. Has extensive experience in planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of water supply systems and sanitation facilities for both urban and rural areas.
