Having worked across the ECA, MENA, and Africa regions, I have led high-impact initiatives that focus on empowering marginalized communities, particularly women in conflict-affected areas. As Chief of Party, successfully managed the USAID-funded Credit for Agricultural Producers Project in Ukraine for 8 years and oversaw the USAID GROW Project in Ukraine for almost a year. Additionally, served as acting Chief of Party for the USAID-funded OPIC Loan Guarantee Facility in Egypt for 6 months, delivering sustainable financial solutions across diverse regions. A recognized leader in micro and SME lending, loan guarantee programs, and economic development, also held board member roles for microfinance organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Egypt.
