I am a PMP-certified M&E professional with 20+ years of multi sectoral evaluation experience with CGIAR, the World Bank and African Development Bank (AfDB), the Global Environmental Facility (GEF) and the Climate Investment Funds (CIF), US government and DFID, and several UN agencies. With passion for M&E, I am a vision driven and result-oriented evaluator who has conducted and managed over 40 evaluations across gender, civil society, agriculture, food security, climate change. I also have experience with monitoring, such as development of results frameworks and data quality assessments (DQAs). Throughout my career, I have enhanced evaluation methodologies to determine their applicability in different contexts, for example feminist evaluation, Utilization-focused evaluation, and development evaluation. I have implemented and managed evaluations of multi-component programs, including synthesis and developing case studies as well as approach papers and proposals, employing a range of quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods and approaches on a fit-for-purpose basis. I have worked in Azerbaijan, Cote d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Guatemala, Guyana, India, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Niger, Maldives, Mauritania, Moldova, Philippines, Russia, Rwanda, Salvador, Tanzania, Thailand and Ukraine.
