I am a seasoned People Management, Governance and Operations Professional with 18 yrs experience of International Development and Commercial sectors. I am currently serving as Chief of Staff at Rayn Group – A Singapore based tech firm focused on AI, Data and Machine Learning. Prior to Rayn, Farwa was heading the Corporate Governance, People and Operations at Karandaaz Pakistan – A Non-Profit, funded by UKAid & Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, working for Financial Inclusion of MSMEs and increase of Digital Financial Services in Pakistan. I have also worked with USAID on Economic Growth and Energy programmes. Along with an MBA , I have numerous certifications including Advanced Leadership Certificate from Judge Business School, Cambridge University and a certificate from Harvard Business School for Non-Profit Performance Management. I am also a qualified Board Director and currently serve as an independent Director on Pakistan's biggest Textile company on Stock Exchange - Interloop.
