An Entrepreneur and seasoned consultant, with excellent partnership and collaborative skills, she has achieved proven success driving engagements between stakeholders across all levels. As a professional and consultant to CEOs, board members, executive and senior level management, she is best known for her capacity to build strategic collaboration amongst leadership teams, and enhance the effectiveness of organizations by creating an alignment between the quality of people and the operating environment within which they perform.
