Femi’s experience is in organizational strategy, Corporate Performance Management, Organizational Development, Human Capital Management, Corporate Planning, Business Operations Management and Change Management. With about 2 decades of Corporate Experience, and over 14 years in strategic roles, Femi has over the years helped to shape high-performance cultures, build corporate performance infrastructure and implemented creative measures to engage and enhance workforce performance. An Entrepreneur and seasoned consultant, with excellent partnership and collaborative skills, she has achieved proven success driving engagements between stakeholders across all levels. As a professional and consultant to CEOs, board members, executive and senior level management, she is best known for her capacity to build strategic collaboration amongst leadership teams, and enhance the effectiveness of organizations by creating an alignment between the quality of people and the operating environment within which they perform.
