I have been working with International and local NGOs, academic institute and government organizations at different capacities including senior management positions such as East Africa Regional Humanitarian Aid Coordinator, consortia coordinator, program director, chief of party, deputy chief of party, WASH technical advisor, and deputy technical services manager positions for over twenty years. My experience and educational background (MBA in Project Management and BA in Economics) gave me the opportunity to excel my project cycle management competencies (project scope, time, budget, quality, consortium/stakeholder, procurement, risk, communication, and human resource managements). I successfully led different complex and mega development, humanitarian/refugee, and public health focused projects in Ethiopia, South Sudan, and Papua New Guinea. I have successful experience in managing projects funded by European Union, Health Pooled Fund, Global Fund, CDC, USAID, UNICEF, and private donors.
