Additionally, Samuel possesses specialized knowledge in climate adaptation and resilience, natural resources management, and practical experience in market systems development approaches. Samuel has been responsible for managing USAID, BMZ, and FCDO grants including large multisectorial interventions with values ranging from $10 million to $32.5 million projects such as PSNP PLUS: linking poor rural households to markets and microfinance; Strengthening Host and Refugee Population Economy (SHARPE) (covering Agriculture, Livestock, Fishery, Access to Finance, Labor and Aid Sectors and sub-sectors).
