Fredy Msongole is a seasoned professional in finance and accounting with over 20 years of experience in financial and operational management; cash flow control and cash forecasting; budget preparation, implementation, monitoring, and control; multi-donor project management and strategic planning; payroll preparation and management; human resources management; procurement management; grants management; banking operations and relationship; internal and external audit management; tax management and compliance; internal control and compliance institution and enforcement; and timely financial reporting. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2011. Throughout his career, Fredy has gained extensive experience in creating accurate and timely reports and managing project funds for donors, including the US Agency for International Development (USAID), the Centers for Disease Control(CDC), Children's Investment Fund Foundation(CIFF), The International Planned Parenthood Federation(IPPF), Department for International Development(DFID) the Japan International Cooperation Agency(JICA), the Swedish Association for Sexuality Education(RFSU), Canadian International Development Agency(CIDA), European Union(EU), Global Fund and others. In every position he has held, he has ensured that he and his colleagues are trained and proficient in using financial management systems as to maintain the highest level of data accuracy and transparency. Fredy has completed 18 training courses since 2001, ensuring that he is able to utilize the latest financial management technologies, systems, and practices.
