As Senior Director at Cowater International, my expertise lies in designing, planning, and steering complex governance and international development initiatives, especially within African contexts. My leadership has seen the successful design and execution of substantial projects, such as a CAD 10.5M gender-responsive climate adaptation initiative in Ghana and a CAD 10.4M project fostering local governance and economic development in Mali's artisanal mining sector. I am also leading strategy, project design and proposal development (GAC, FCDO, USAID) for medium to large-scale projects of up to CAD 25M, including for Ukraine reconstruction and local governance in Somalia. // My core competencies developed over 25 years in public policy and international development include strong team and financial management abilities, solid analytical and strategy development skills, combined with effective planning and oversight.
