Thomas Orliac is an experienced trade facilitation and customs modernization expert with over 15 years of international experience. He holds a PhD in Economics from Sciences-Po Paris and has worked with leading institutions such as the OECD, the French Directorate General of Customs, and consulting firms including Nathan Associates, Deloitte Consulting, IMC Worldwide, GFA Consulting Group, Cowater International, and CPCS. He specializes in technical assistance, capacity building, and the implementation of WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) provisions across Europe, North America, West Africa, and the Pacific. His expertise includes customs procedures, trade and transport facilitation, port operations, governance, performance monitoring, competitiveness, and electronic phytosanitary certification (ePhyto).
