I am a seasoned Senior Project Manager, Evaluator, and Monitoring Specialist with over 14 years of progressive experience leading high-impact evaluations and managing complex monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks. I have designed and implemented more than 20 country-level M&E frameworks and directed 25 USAID evaluations, assessments, and case studies across a variety of sectors, including child protection, governance, nutrition, education, agriculture, RMNCH, HIV/TB care and treatment, humanitarian response, neglected tropical diseases, WASH, family planning, and early childhood development. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated result-oriented leadership, notably in leading the USAID Tanzania Mission’s MEL Platform, which improved performance management and enhanced the use of evidence generated from evaluations, data quality assessments, and reflection sessions. My expertise spans both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, where I specialize in performance analysis, cascade analysis, trend analysis, and data visualization through tools such as GIS, dynamic dashboards, and charts. I am highly proficient in qualitative data analysis tools such as NVivo, MAXQDA, and Dedoose, as well as quantitative tools like Excel (pivot tables), SPSS, and Stata. I also bring expertise in using digital data systems and managing data across multiple platforms to ensure efficient reporting and decision-making. My experience includes preparing high-quality proposals and reports for initiatives funded by prominent global donors, including USAID, DFATD, DFID, Irish Aid, SIDA, UNICEF, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. I am an effective communicator with a strong ability to convey complex information, suggest process improvements, and drive strategic change, all while ensuring alignment with best practices in leadership and project management.
