I m clean energy projects management and business development expert with 20 years of experience in projects design and implementation in Africa, focusing on products market development, capacity strengthening, financing, research and development. I have worked with global and diverse teams in different countries, developed technical, economic, environmental, and social skills and experience in energy access and productive uses for different target markets including households, enterprises, and social institutions. I have led regional organizations, directed, and managed teams and projects, and served as advisor for donor-funded, publicly funded, and privately funded projects. Before joining Abt Global, I was regional director for Energy-4-Impact at Mercy Corps, managing company operations, business development, and project delivery in East Africa. I have also worked with the Development Bank of Southern Africa in establishing a multimillion-dollar challenge fund, the Energy and Environment Partnership (EEP) program, and coordinated its implementation in Southern and East Africa, countries during its early stages.
