I am an executive leader and environment specialist with 24 years of experience working in program/project management, private sector consulting, business development and team leadership. My main technical areas of focus have been on climate change adaptation, water resource management, climate finance and more recently, rural development, agriculture, and pastoralism in conflict-affected countries. In 2022, I founded In Exchange: Water, Climate and Environment, a firm dedicated to supporting research and evidence-informed development projects. I have led more than 30 projects of varying sizes and am frequently called upon to review and provide technical insights into programs and projects. I have a track of publication, both in public opinion pieces and op-eds as well as academic publications on water and sanitation, climate finance, adaptation, and urban development. I am known to be positive, collegial, an effective communicator and a results-oriented leader.
