Greg Kehailia is a political scientist and senior expert with 25 years of international experience in program leadership, strategic development, and engagement across democracy, governance, human rights, and peacebuilding. He specializes in political and electoral processes, civic education, conflict mitigation, track II diplomacy, and civil society strengthening, with a focus on protecting civilians, upholding rule of law and governance norms, and countering covert influence operations. His extensive field leadership spans South-East Asia, the Middle East, North and Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and the United States. He has successfully managed multimillion-dollar programs funded by USAID, the US State Department, UK Aid, the UN Trust Fund, the European Union, Australian DFAT, Canadian CIDA, and several European bilateral cooperation agencies.
