Guillermo Gómez Villanueva is an economist with experience in strategic studies. He has more than 17 years of experience (2006 to date) as an expert in planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning. He has developed experience with consulting studies for important institutions in the areas of local development, labor market, migration, municipal competitiveness, economic competitiveness, education, prospecting, childhood and adolescence, and gender approach, among other areas. He has more than 10 years of experience as a consultant specializing in MEA, strategy development, big data analysis, knowledge management, results-based management, strategic and operational planning. He has conducted important research studies for the State Department, IADB, UNDP, UNFPA, USAID, UNICEF, SICA, GIZ and other development agencies working in El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama.
