I am a proven program leader and technical expert with 30 years of experience in more than 40 countries providing technical and program leadership for numerous large HIV, infectious disease, and reproductive health initiatives. Currently I am the HIV Department Director for FHI 360’s Global Health Programs Business Unit, as well as the Director of the US$1.3 billion USAID flagship project Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC). Through more than 700 staff members around the world, EpiC implements HIV and global health security programs in 50 countries.
