I am a lawyer and researcher with experience working on the digital economy, international development, inequalities, human rights and governance issues. I am currently in the process of completing a PhD on the digital economy, law and social justice. My PhD research focuses on ways in which technology can be used for economic growth and human development, the political economy of data and technology, data governance, and how to conceptualise data harms and inequalities.
